Instructions
- Separate the eggs.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Slowly add the yolks.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cashew butter and the oil by hand until smooth.
- Mix into egg mixture.
- Add the honey, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Pour into four 7-inch (17.8-cm) cake pans.
- Bake at 300°F (150°C) for approximately 50 minutes.
