3 whole eggs

4 egg whites

2 cups finely shredded compliant cheese (don't pack).

2 tsp baking soda

470 grams finely shredded compliant cheese (don't pack).

2 tsp (10 ml) baking soda

⅛-¼ (0.625-1.25 ml) tsp salt

Instructions

  • Thoroughly beat eggs, oil, and salt.
  • Add cheese and baking soda and mix gently.
  • Add almond flour and mix just to blend.
  • Scrape into greased loaf pan and bake for about an hour 350°F (180°C)*. A knife inserted in the center should be almost clean.
