Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix flour, cheddar cheese, butter, honey, and onion.
- Add in eggs, baking soda, salt and ginger.
- Mix well, spoon into muffin tins.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 30 min.
