3¼ cups cubed chicken breast
1 tsp ginger pulp
1 tsp garlic pulp
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tsp coriander (cilantro), chopped fresh

60 ml lemon juice

Instructions
- Combine ingredients and put in fridge for 2 hours (or more).
- Stick on Kebab Skewers and baste with Vegetable Oil (or any other oil).
- Grill on preheated grill for 15-20 minutes turning and basting occasionally. (You can also BBQ these.)
- Serve garnished with lime, fresh coriander, salad, and onion.
