Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Blend butter, eggs, dry curd cottage cheese, salt, baking soda & water in food processor or blender until smooth.
- Pour into bowl and stir in almond flour and coconut.
- Scoop batter into 3 small buttered loaf pans.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 50-55 minutes.
- Toast in toaster oven and serve with butter & creamed honey.
