¼ tsp (1.25 ml) thyme
⅛ tsp (0.625 ml) cayenne pepper
59 ml oil
3 TBSP (45 ml) cold water
coarse salt, sesame seeds or poppy seeds*

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix all ingredients except coarse salt.
- Form into a ball and refrigerate until firm (about 15 minutes).
- Roll dough flat, sprinkle with coarse salt, and lightly press in.
- Cut into squares.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- Cool.
