2-3 ounces DCCC (dry curd cottage cheese)
pinch baking soda
¼-½ tsp honey
¼ cup almond flour

¼-½ tsp (1.25-2.5 ml) honey
25 grams almond flour

Instructions
- Combine a beaten egg with some DCCC and almond flour.
- Add a pinch of baking soda and a small amount of honey.
- Blend with a hand blender (optional - can be left a little lumpy)
- Cook in oiled skillet, watching carefully as almond flour burns quickly.
- Turn over, turn off heat.
- Top with a little honey and orange juice.
