2 cups nut flour
½ cup honey or less
2 tsp baking soda
¾ cup SCD yogurt

2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract

177 ml SCD yogurt
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) salt
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
1 TBSP (15 ml) olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Pour mixture into donut pans so that sections are about ¾ full.
- Place into oven for 15 minutes at 325°F (163°C). Donuts are ready when a toothpick pressed into mixture comes out clean.

*Donuts can be dipped into a mixture of equal parts of cinnamon and nutmeg and 1 cup warm honey or 1 cup of warm honey and crushed nuts, or 1 cup of warm honey and unsweetened coconut, etc.
