Instructions
- In small saucepan, stir together egg yolks, lemon juice, water, mustard, and pepper until mixed.
- Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly.
- When mixture bubbles in a few spots, remove from heat.
- Let stand 4-5 minutes.
- Pour into blender or mixer.
- Blend on high.
- Slowly add oil.
- Blend until thick and smooth. Stop and start to scrape sides down to get an equal mixture.
