Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  • If desired, refrigerate 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Heat a 6-inch (15-cm) skillet and add the oil.
  • Spoon in the batter.
  • Cook until browned on one side.
  • Turn and finish.
  • Place on double thickness of paper towel to drain fat.
  • Serve topped with yogurt or honey.
