2 TBSP (30 ml) sunflower oil

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- If desired, refrigerate 30 minutes before cooking.
- Heat a 6-inch (15-cm) skillet and add the oil.
- Spoon in the batter.
- Cook until browned on one side.
- Turn and finish.
- Place on double thickness of paper towel to drain fat.
- Serve topped with yogurt or honey.
