600 grams chopped tomatoes
52 grams chopped onion
180 grams chopped olives
1 large clove minced garlic
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) ground cumin
1 TBSP (15 ml) honey
59 ml lemon juice
3 TBSP (45 ml) olive oil
1 TBSP (15 ml) chile powder
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) ground cloves
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) ground coriander
salt
pepper
parsley

Instructions
- Chill the fish in a little lemon juice and sprinkled with salt.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Sauté the onions, garlic, and spices in oil.
- Add tomatoes, honey, olives, and lemon juice, and simmer 15 minutes or so.
- Pour sauce over fish.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley
- Bake 20-30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
