½ to ¾ cup of pineapples

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend it together until a smooth texture with no clumps appears.
  • For best results stick it in the freezer for a day, when you take it out, blend it again, so it's like a frozen smoothie.

This smoothie is for those days where I really don't feel like eating, but it contains a lot of vitamins that will get me through the day, plus it's really good too!
