Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash (about 3 pounds)
2 tsp butter
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
salt to taste

50 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions
- Prick squash about 10-15 times with a fork.
- Add squash whole to a pot of boiling water, and boil for 35-45 minutes or until soft when pressed.
- Cool, cut in half, and scoop out seeds.
- Separate squash into strands with fork and place in sauté pan with 2-3 TBSP water.
- Cook over medium heat until squash is tender.
- Add butter and cheese and mix until melted.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with additional grated Parmesan.
