Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Mix egg whites and salt, beat until stiff.
- Slowly add honey to mixture, beating constantly.
- Fold in vanilla and coconut.
- Use mixture to fill paper muffin cups – fill each cup halfway.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned.
