¼ cup almond flour
1 TBSP dripped SCD yogurt
2 tsp honey
½ large peach peeled and sliced
1 pat butter
¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine almond flour, yogurt, and 2 tsp honey in a dish, mix well, and press flat (Use an oven-safe 4" soup dish for this.*)
- Cover with sliced peaches.
- Add dots of butter and drizzle on honey.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake until peaches are soft and tender (about 20 minutes).

I wanted a sort of peach tart with a hurry up crust and what I got was a moist, sweet Peach Cobbler. *In photo, a 2-cup oven-safe pyrex bowl was used. An 8-oz (237 ml) ramakin would probably also work well.
