2 whole (or 4 split) chicken breasts

¾ cup mayo (SCD recipe)

sliced almonds

couple handfuls green grapes

salt to taste

pepper to taste

paprika to taste

Instructions

  • I roast the Chicken in the oven the night before (leave the skin on to keep it moist or cover the dish to keep in the juices).
  • Cube the Chicken add the mayo.
  • Slice the grapes in half and toss them with the almonds into the chicken mixture.
  • Salt and Pepper and Paprika to taste.
  • Serve on a bed of greens! YUM! The grapes do the trick!
