Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Drop a large spoonful of parmesan cheese in a flattened circle on the parchment paper.
  4. Bake until crispy (about 5 minutes).
  5. While the crips are still warm you can fold them over upside-down muffin tins to create a snack cup for salsa, for example.
