Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop a large spoonful of parmesan cheese in a flattened circle on the parchment paper.
- Bake until crispy (about 5 minutes).
- While the crips are still warm you can fold them over upside-down muffin tins to create a snack cup for salsa, for example.
