Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, and seasoning together.
- Add just enough hot water to form into a dough ball.
- Pinch off a small piece and form it into a ball, about the size of a small grape.
- Place onto a well-greased cookie sheet and press down with the palm of your hand to form a thin cracker.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes or until golden brown on the outside.
- Sprinkle with salt.

I just love this recipe! It's so versatile! You can use any compliant seasoning and make however many you want. Sometimes it helps to put a little olive oil on your hands so the dough doesn't stick. I hope you enjoy, buy how can you go wrong with almond flour and cheese?
