Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Cream butter with eggs and honey.
- Mix in cream, lemon rind, and vanilla.
- Mix in pecans (I chop 1.5 cups [150 grams], leaving the rest whole).
- Pour into a pie plate and bake for 35-45 minutes at 350°F (180°C)
