60 ml compliant pineapple juice
60 ml (85 grams) honey

Instructions
- Cut bananas into ¼-inch (0.6-cm) slices. I use a food slicer to make chips uniform.
- In large mixing bowl, combine juice and honey.
- Add banana slices and stir softly to coat bananas but not mush them.
- Use slotted spoon to remove bananas and let drain slightly.
- Add to bowl of coconut flakes to coat.
- Place each slice on food dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 8-10 hrs. Voilà!
