Instructions

  • Cut bananas into ¼-inch (0.6-cm) slices. I use a food slicer to make chips uniform.
  • In large mixing bowl, combine juice and honey.
  • Add banana slices and stir softly to coat bananas but not mush them.
  • Use slotted spoon to remove bananas and let drain slightly.
  • Add to bowl of coconut flakes to coat.
  • Place each slice on food dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 8-10 hrs. Voilà!
