Ingredients
1 package (2.5 tsp) unflavored gelatin
½ cup cold water
1½ cups boiling water
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP onion grated
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp dill weed

120 ml cold water
355 ml boiling water
1 TBSP (15 ml) lemon juice
1 TBSP (15 ml) onion grated
1 tsp (5 ml) vinegar
1 tsp (5 ml) sea salt
1 tsp (5 ml) dill weed
454 grams cooked salmon, flaked

Instructions
- Make gelatin per directions on box.
- Add lemon juice, onion, vinegar, salt, and dill weed.
- Cool until partially set.
- Add salmon.
- Mix lightly.
- Pour into mold.
- Chill until set.
- Serve on crisp lettuce.

*Gelatin instructions: Sprinkle one pouch of gelatin over cold water and let stand for 1 minute. Add boiling water and stir until granules are completely dissolved.
