fried white onions (chop them up or keep them round)

fresh tomatoes (plum, cherry, yellow, and more)

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Rip lettuce up into bite sizes.
  • Chop up tomatoes in bite sizes.
  • Cook bacon on frying pan.
  • When the bacon is 'blanched', add in the onions to sauté.
  • Cut one very ripe tomato, and squeeze the juice over the lettuce and tomato mixture.
  • Add salt.
  • Toss in cooked bacon, fried onions, and Swiss cheese. Toss.
  • Salt and pepper to taste .
  • Serve warm or chilled! Enjoy.
