237 ml (340 grams) honey

Instructions
- Put partially thawed strawberries into food processor and purée.
- Add honey and lemon. Check for sweetness and add more honey as needed.
- Puree again and put into an ice cream maker.
- For cones, you'll need to freeze until hard.
