8 slices cooked bacon
1 pound spinach
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
Garlic French Dressing
ingredients
½ cup olive oil or salad oil
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
2 TBSP lemon juice
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp paprika
1 clove garlic, crushed
ground pepper

120 ml olive oil or salad oil
2 TBSP (30 ml) red wine vinegar
2 TBSP (30 ml) lemon juice
½ tsp (2.5 ml) salt
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) dry mustard
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) paprika
1 clove garlic, crushed
ground pepper
Instructions
- Combine salad ingredients and toss with dressing.

- Put oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, mustard, paprika in a small jar with tight lid, shake to blend.
- Add the garlic and a little freshly ground pepper, and shake well before serving.
