½ tsp (2.5 ml) pepper

Instructions

  • Brown the stew beef. Set aside.
  • Fill a large soup pot a little over half full with water.
  • Place it on a stove burner on medium heat.
  • Add stone to the pot.
  • Chop the cabbage, onions, carrots, and tomatoes and put in soup pot.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, including the stew beef, to the soup pot.
  • Simmer 1 hour. Enjoy!
