½ tsp (2.5 ml) pepper

Instructions
- Brown the stew beef. Set aside.
- Fill a large soup pot a little over half full with water.
- Place it on a stove burner on medium heat.
- Add stone to the pot.
- Chop the cabbage, onions, carrots, and tomatoes and put in soup pot.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, including the stew beef, to the soup pot.
- Simmer 1 hour. Enjoy!
