Instructions
- Place strawberries in a blender and process until smooth.
- With the blender running, pour in the honey in a thin stream.
- Process until well blended.
- Pour into a canning jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to 10 days.
- To make Strawberry Soda: Pour ¼ cup (60 ml) of the strawberry mixture (more or less to taste) into a glass.
- Add sparkling water and ice cubes.
