1 onion, sliced

1 tsp (5 ml) salt
⅛ tsp (0.625 ml) pepper
2 TBSP (30 ml) salad oil
454 grams tomatoes, cut up
1 onion, sliced
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Cut steak into serving-size pieces.
- Coat with almond flour, salt, and pepper.
- In large skillet, brown meat in hot oil.
- Pour off excess fat.
- In slow-cooking pot, combine meat with tomatoes, onion, and celery.
- Cover pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until tender.
