1 tsp (5 ml) salt

⅛ tsp (0.625 ml) pepper

2 TBSP (30 ml) salad oil

454 grams tomatoes, cut up

1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  • Cut steak into serving-size pieces.
  • Coat with almond flour, salt, and pepper.
  • In large skillet, brown meat in hot oil.
  • Pour off excess fat.
  • In slow-cooking pot, combine meat with tomatoes, onion, and celery.
  • Cover pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until tender.
