½-1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

  • Cook T-bones to your liking.
  • While steaks are cooking, add butter to a pan and sauté the mushrooms and garlic.
  • When steaks are just about ready, put mushroom mix on top of steaks, and then top with slices of Swiss cheese.
  • Put a lid on pan to help melt the cheese.
  • Serve with veggies or salad.
