3-4 pieces garlic

Instructions
- Fry the chopped onion with olive oil and turmeric, but not too long: only 1-2 minutes.
- Add defrosted spinach mixed with crushed garlic.
- Add some salt and pepper to taste and stew this about 10 minutes under a cover on low heat. (It should be quite hot).
- Cool and add yogurt (or kefir).
- If it's needed, add more salt to taste.
