Instructions
- Squeeze out excess water from tofu.
- Break up the tofu into a heated pan. Use olive oil if desired.
- Sprinkle some turmeric and stir as cooking.
- Add small amount of black salt to recreate a sulfur egg-like flavor.
- Add any additional herbs and spices as desired for more flavor.
