Instructions

  • Squeeze out excess water from tofu.
  • Break up the tofu into a heated pan. Use olive oil if desired.
  • Sprinkle some turmeric and stir as cooking.
  • Add small amount of black salt to recreate a sulfur egg-like flavor.
  • Add any additional herbs and spices as desired for more flavor.
