Instructions

  • Add ½ cup (120 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice, ½ cup (15 grams) fresh mint leaves, and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey to a large glass, and stir to combine.
  • Add ice to 2 glasses.
  • Equally divide mixture between glasses and top off each with one cup of sparkling seltzer water (no sugar added, but can experiment with different flavors).
  • Add a few half slices of lime to glasses for garnish.
