½ cup fresh blueberries, washed and sliced in half

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients by hand.
  • Form 4 large patties or 6 medium patties.
  • Fry in a dry skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
