Ingredients
1 TBSP all-natural, creamy nut or seed butter of choice
1 small ripe banana
Pinch of salt, optional
Dash of almond extract or vanilla extract, optional
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
Any or all of the following: dried cherries, dried cranberries, frozen or fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
Granola and/or coconut flakes (optional, do not use granola for IBD-AID)
1 TBSP (15 ml) all-natural, creamy nut or seed butter of choice
1 small ripe banana

2 tsp (10 ml) unsweetened cocoa powder
26 grams rolled oats
80 ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
Any or all of the following: dried cherries, dried cranberries, frozen or fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
Granola and/or coconut flakes (optional, do not use granola for IBD-AID)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash together nut/seed butter and banana with a fork until combined
- Add salt and extract (if using), cocoa powder, oats and milk to the bowl
- Whisk together all ingredients until combined
- Top with dried fruit and berries, if desired
- Refrigerate overnight
- Can top with granola (leave out for IBD-AID) and/or coconut flakes before eating

aid in forming bowel movements and improve symptoms associated with diarrhea, fecal
urgency, and/or incomplete evacuation.
