2 TBSP olive oil

Instructions

  1. Using a spiralizer, spiralize the zucchini into noodles.* (If disease is active, peel the zucchini).
  2. Cut the noodles into spaghetti length strands.
  3. Heat a large skillet on medium and add the olive oil.
  4. Add the spiralized zucchini to the pan, tossing in the oil.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook for about 3 minutes - until noodles are slightly soft but still have bite and texture.

Notes

*You can use fresh pre-spiralized noodles. I do not recommend using frozen spiralized noodles because the texture will be too soft to maintain a good noodle structure.
