Ingredients
1 medium banana
2 TBSP almond butter (unsweetened, smooth, and NOT crunchy)
Dash of cinnamon

salt and pepper to taste
1 TBSP olive oil

2 TBSP (30 ml) almond butter (unsweetened, smooth, and NOT crunchy)

1 TBSP (30 ml) olive oil
Instructions
- Peel the banana and smear one side with the almond butter.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and slice.

- Beat the eggs, water, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until blended.
- Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Pour in egg mixture.
- Stir constantly until they have reached the desired consistency.
