1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Split eggs.
  4. Beat the egg whites stiff with a little salt.
  5. Carefully mix in the egg yolks, SCD yogurt, and baking soda.
  6. Scoop the batter in large circles (American pancake  size) onto the baking paper.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Eat warm or let cool and store in the refrigerator.
