Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Split eggs.
- Beat the egg whites stiff with a little salt.
- Carefully mix in the egg yolks, SCD yogurt, and baking soda.
- Scoop the batter in large circles (American pancake size) onto the baking paper.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Eat warm or let cool and store in the refrigerator.
