100 grams butter
1 egg
1 tsp (5 ml) water
60-80 ml (85-113 grams) honey
pinch of salt

Instructions
- Combine dough ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix until the dough is not sticky and dry enough to work with.
- If necessary, add more almond flour.
- Place dough in fridge or freezer for approximately 15 minutes to ½ an hour.
- Pat dough into round pie form.
