7 TBSP butter

1 egg

1 tsp water

¼-⅓ cups honey

pinch of salt

100 grams butter

1 tsp (5 ml) water

60-80 ml (85-113 grams) honey

pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Combine dough ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix until the dough is not sticky and dry enough to work with.
  • If necessary, add more almond flour.
  • Place dough in fridge or freezer for approximately 15 minutes to ½ an hour.
  • Pat dough into round pie form.
