Ingredients
4 cups of grape juice - 100% juice , no additives
1 orange (only the peel)
1 Lemon (only the peel)
2 cinnamon sticks
1 Bay leaf
3 TBSP Honey
3 Cloves
2 tsp of pumpkin spice (optional)

Instructions
Place the grape juice, honey, herbs, pumpkin spice, and orange- and lemon peel in a pan and heat over low heat, letting it simmer very gently for at least fifteen minutes. You can also turn off the heat and let it sit longer to let the flavor set in. Then heat again, remove the peel, bay leave, and cloves, and serve in a mug.
