Instructions
- Season both sides of the fillets and rub pressed garlic on top.
- Heat smooth grill pan over medium heat until warm.
- Pour olive oil until it evenly covers the pan.
- Place fillets on hot pan.
- Grill on one side, for about 5 minutes, turn over, and grill the other side a few minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon over the top
