Instructions

  • Place eggs in a steamer basket in Instant Pot.
  • Add 1 cup (237 ml) water to Instant Pot.
  • Lock the lid and seal the steam release valve.
  • Set the Instant Pot to Manual or Pressure Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Fill a bowl with ice water.
  • Once the pot has finished cooking, allow to natural release for 5 minutes, then release the steam valve.
  • Gently move the eggs to the bowl of ice water.
  • Allow to cool in the ice water for 5 minutes (this prevents the eggs from continuing to cook inside the shell).
