Instructions
- Place eggs in a steamer basket in Instant Pot.
- Add 1 cup (237 ml) water to Instant Pot.
- Lock the lid and seal the steam release valve.
- Set the Instant Pot to Manual or Pressure Cook for 5 minutes.
- Fill a bowl with ice water.
- Once the pot has finished cooking, allow to natural release for 5 minutes, then release the steam valve.
- Gently move the eggs to the bowl of ice water.
- Allow to cool in the ice water for 5 minutes (this prevents the eggs from continuing to cook inside the shell).
