Instructions
- Finely grate the zest of the lemon.
- Squeeze the lemon.
- Chop the garlic very fine.
- Add the vinegar to the lemon zest, juice, and garlic and whisk well.
- Then add the olive oil and whisk again.
- Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Leave the dressing in the fridge for a few hours to allow the flavors to blend well.
- If the dressing is left in the fridge longer, it may harden because of the olive oil. Take it out 15 minutes before use.
