Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F (110°C).
- Beat the egg whites until frothy and then gradually add the sugar, a little at a time, while continuing to beat, until the mixture is glossy and stiff (forms peaks).
- Using a pastry bag, pipe “kisses” onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking sheets.
- Bake the “kisses” for about 2 hours until firm and dry.
