Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 250°F (110°C).
  • Beat the egg whites until frothy and then gradually add the sugar, a little at a time, while continuing to beat, until the mixture is glossy and stiff (forms peaks).
  • Using a pastry bag, pipe “kisses” onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking sheets.
  • Bake the “kisses” for about 2 hours until firm and dry.
