Other frozen fruit can be added or substituted: orange or clementine segments, watermelon, papaya, berries (if seeds are well tolerated), mangos, peaches or whatever you have on hand. For SCD and mSCD: Use 24-hour homemade yogurt and a nut milk (not a soy milk)
