12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and yolks removed
4 TBSP Pam's Mayonnaise (see Related Recipe)
½ cup celery, ends trimmed and chopped fine
½ cup apples, cored, peeled and chopped fine

50 grams celery, ends trimmed and chopped fine
75 grams apples, cored, peeled and chopped fine

Instructions
- Chop the hard-boiled whites of the eggs, and toss together with the other ingredients.
- Serve immediately, or store in fridge for future use.

- In a stovetop pan, add in enough water to immerse the eggs you have placed in gently.
- Turn on medium flame, and when water comes to a boil, turn off the burner.
- Cover pan with a lid and let stand for 15 minutes.
- Cool eggs by immersing them in cold running water.
