Ingredients
GROUP A:
1 pound strawberries
GROUP B:
3-4 apricots
2 TBSP Homemade Applesauce (see Related Recipes)
1 TBSP honey*
GROUP C:
4 TBSP Homemade Applesauce (see Related Recipes)
¾ cup fresh raspberries
¾ cup fresh blueberries
GROUP A:
300 grams strawberries
GROUP B:
3-4 apricots
2 TBSP (30 ml) Homemade Applesauce (see Related Recipes)
1 TBSP (15 ml; 20 g) honey*
GROUP C:
4 TBSP (60 ml) Homemade Applesauce (see Related Recipes)
95 grams fresh raspberries
110 grams fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Blend one group of ingredients in a small hand-held blender, and make sure they are mixed well.
- If the consistency is too thick, add a small amount of water (1-2 tsp).
- Line a sheet-baking pan with parchment or a silicone liner.
- Pour the blended fruit into the pan until spread evenly.
- Set the oven to 170°F (77°C) (or lowest setting) for approximately 6-9 hours. (You will probably need to adjust the heat and time depending on your specific home oven model).
- Leather should be firm and dry when you remove it.
- Cut it into strips and peel off.
- For easy access and storage, roll into strips of parchment paper and secure with string or tape.
