120 ml Homemade Applesauce (see Related Recipes)
½ tsp (2.5 ml) cinnamon powder
½ tsp (2.5 ml) baking soda
¼ tsp (1.25 ml) salt
110 grams raisins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C or gas mark 3).
- Mix all the ingredients except raisins together in food processor until well-blended.
- Stir in raisins gently by hand.
- Drop rounds of scone batter on a (greased) baking sheet pan.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or when knife comes out clean.
