Instructions
- Drain off excess water from soaked almonds.
- Place almonds, vanilla, honey, and water in blender.
- Blend for 30-40 seconds (long enough to finely chop almonds and create a milky appearance).
- Pour mix into and push through a sieve, or squeeze through cheesecloth over a large bowl. (You can reuse the dregs in sweeter almond flour recipes if you like. )
- Rinse blender clean and add the dreg-free milk to the blender with ice.
- Blend until ice is chopped. Enjoy!
