Instructions
- Melt margarine in small saucepan over medium heat.
- Separate onion slices into rings and sauté in butter until golden.
- Add seasoned broth and cilantro leaves.
- Stir to blend.
- Lower heat and simmer about 5 minutes.
- Pour into heated soup bowls.
- Add avocado slices.
