Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 350°F (177°C).
- Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds and strings.
- Place squash with cut side up in a covered pan.
- Add a little water.
- Bake for 30 - 50 minutes
- When squash is done (soft), mash it, and add butter or honey.
