Instructions
- Brown beef in pan, separating into small pieces as it cooks.
- Beat eggs in small bowl.
- Grate 1 ounce (28 grams) of block cheese (Colby, Swiss, cheddar, Jack... whichever you prefer. I prefer Colby Jack) over ground beef and let it begin to melt in the pan.
- Add eggs to pan, allowing them to surround the beef and cheese. When the bottom has become done enough, fold omelet and allow the eggs to cook to desired firmness.
